ARMBURY is a safety rope and fall protection equipment manufacturer headquartered in Arden, North Carolina. Founded in 2018, the company designs and manufactures ropes, harnesses, lanyards, connectors, and accessories for three professional markets: sport climbing, industrial fall protection and rope access, and professional tree care (arborist).
From a single initial product line, ARMBURY has expanded to 298 products across Sport, Professional, and Arborist categories — each independently tested and certified to the standards that govern their respective industries. Sport products carry UIAA and CE certifications. Professional products are certified to EN 1891, ANSI Z359, and ANSI Z133. All products with applicable safety classifications meet or exceed the independent test requirements of their relevant standards bodies.
Manufacturing is distributed across facilities in North America, Europe, and Asia, with distribution warehouses in the USA, Canada, China, and France. This manufacturing and logistics footprint allows ARMBURY to maintain quality standards across all market segments while meeting the lead-time and stocking requirements of customers in 30+ countries.
The company is an active member of UIAA, IRATA, SPRAT, TCIA, IPAF, and EOCA — the industry associations that set and monitor safety standards across each of the markets ARMBURY serves. Membership in these organizations is not passive: ARMBURY participates in standards development and works directly with field professionals to validate product performance in real working conditions.
