We use personal information to: fulfill and ship orders; provide customer support; respond to inquiries; send order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notices; send marketing communications (only where permitted by law and where you have not opted out); operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; analyze Site traffic and usage; detect and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with: service providers who help us operate the Site, process payments, ship orders, send email, and analyze Site usage (under contractual obligations limiting their use of the data); authorized distributors and dealers when fulfilling orders that route through them; professional advisors (accountants, lawyers, auditors); and government authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of ARMBURY, our customers, or the public.

4. International Transfers

ARMBURY operates manufacturing and distribution in North America, Europe, and Asia. Personal information may be transferred to, and stored in, countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
